LENOX HILL HOSPITAL is proud to present the inaugural Designer Showhouse of New York, a canvas for visionary creations from today’s foremost home and lifestyle designers. More than 30 designers will take part in this stylish event, presenting the current trends for the sophisticated urban home. The Showhouse will include a variety of special events and parties beginning with the Preview Party, followed by a six-week community event open to the public. Designer Showhouse of New York will be held in the Penthouse Residences at W New York-Downtown and expects to attract nearly 5,000 visitors.
All proceeds from the Designer Showhouse of New York will benefit the Lenox Hill Hospital’s new medical complex Lenox Hill HealthPlex, Manhattan’s first freestanding 24/7 Emergency Department, located in Greenwich Village, opening June, 2014.
The Showhouse is open to the public Friday, May 16, 2014 to Sunday, June 29, 2014. Showhouse hours are Tuesdays through Sundays from 11:00am to 5:00pm (closed Mondays). Admission to the Showhouse is $35 and includes a Showhouse Journal. Children under six, strollers and pets are not admitted in the Showhouse.

The Journal is referenced long after the event by over 5,000 Showhouse attendees.
